INTRODUCTION

One Step Anti-HCV Testis a rapid direct binding test for the qualitative detection of anti hepatitis C antibodiesin human serum/plasma as an aidin the clinical assessment of hepatitis C infection.

The test is based on the principle of double antigen sandwich immunoassay for the determination of Anti-HCV antibodies in human serum/plasma. Purified recombinant antigens areemployed toidentify Anti-HCV antibodies specifically. This one step test is very sensitive andonly takesabout10-15 minutes.

Test results are read visually without any instrument.
