Toxo IgM Rapid Test

Expect purpose 

auxiliary diagnosis for Toxoplasmosis infection in earlier period by testing IgM antibody to 
Toxoplasmosis (Toxo)  in serum.

Test principle    

Immunocapture technique is used in this kit. Monoclon antibody to human IgM is coated on 
nitrocellulose filter (NC filter). Colloid gold conjugated with Toxoplasmosis antigen is used as tracer. 
When tested serum sample is put on NC filter, IgM antibody to Toxoplasmosis (Toxo) in the sample
binds Toxoplasmosis antigen conjugated with colloid gold and monoclon antibody to human IgM, and
compound is formed on NC filter, which is showed up as a prunosus strap.
