PA-3600DH Portable Welding Fume Filter System
With double universal exhaust arm, use for fume filtration and purification for two electric welding workstations nearby. Install castors, convenient for smoke purification for unfixed workstations.
1, Operating Principle
1) Through the blower's gravity effect, wedling fumes/dust has been sucked to fume extractor's air inlet through universal dust hood, there's fire barrier in the air inlet, spark will be stopped by fire barrier once go through it;
2) Fume & gas will enter to dust setting chamber.Take use of gravity & upgoing airflow, big particles firstly fell to dust hopper, small particles fumes will becapture outside by cartridge;
3) Clean gas been filtrated by cartridge filter and flow into clean room,then exhuast outside from air outlet.When cartridge filter blocked, customer can removal it easily and reuse after cleaningsurface dust of cartridge filter by air compressor;
4) When the filter is about to blocked, connect compressed air pipe, open the ash clean button, use compressed air to blowback
surface dust of filter cartridge, then continue to use.

Filter cartridge use Americanimported material, long working life, it can filtrate dust particles less than 0.3μm, also have very good filtration effect to wet & sticky dust.
Remarks: Welding fume extraction test under standard environment, if air flow 3600m3/h means the achieved air flow at the air outlet of the equipment . Filtration area 30m2, means the area of consumable filter.
