Description

1. PVC door Structure:

·         Surface: MDF with PVC film

·         Infilling: MDF or fir wood skeleton

·         Stile and Rail: finger joint wood

·         Lock Block: finger joint on both sides

 

2. Size:

·         Length: no more than 2200mm

·         Width:  no more than 1000mm

·         Thickness: 40mm

·         We can do it according to your requirement as well.

3. Technique of PVC film:

·         0.16 or 0.18mm thickness

·          Various wood color such as maple, red cherry, sapeli, red walnut, oak etc

4. Technique of MDF:

·         Density: 830kgs/cbm

·         Moisture: 5-10%

·         Water absorption rate: <28%

5. Design: various designs are available

 

6. Loading Qty: About 200 sets/20'ft
