4.The questions you are worried about:

 

Q: When I lost one of my remote control, what can I do if someone find it?

 

A: You can delete all the remote controls, then recoding the remote control you have, so the lost remote control can open your door

 

Q: If the 4*AA battery is out of power, how can I open the door?

 

A: We have spare battery in the door lock, it could be activated by the remote control(like the step 8 in the installation pictures)

Our Upgraded door lock's spare battery is activated by knocking the door every 1S for 2-3 times.
