Operating principle
S cone crusher, through electric motor's transmission, forces the eccentric shaft to make the periodic coupled motion under the axis core. The motion leads to the surface of concave approach and leave the surface of mantle from time to time, thus causes the material in the internal of crushing cavity crushed or ground. The safe cylinder not only plays the insurance role, but also could support the set using the hydraulic pressure and decide the awl department to jack, when the machine has had the iron and the instantaneous stuffy vehicle phenomenon, automatically eliminate the fault in the crushing cavity because of the hydraulic, realizing effective trouble clearing without opening machine, and then reducing much service rate and enhancing much production efficiency.
