Operating principle

The sand washing machine of XSD series is driven by the motor.  The impeller revolve through triangle belt and decelerator .The sandstone gets into the washing trough, through the feeding trough and rotates , and grind one another. In this way, impurities on the surface of materials can be removed, and water vapour layer covering the sands can be destroyed, which makes dehydrating easier. Meanwhile, water is added into the sand making machine, and the strong current washes impurities away and discharges them. The clean sand will be taken away by the impellers and poured into the discharge chute.
