Producing Process of Rock wool:
1 Raw materials and coke are filled automatically to the top of the cupola entrance.
2 These objects melt and flow out from the bottom of the cupola into the vortex spinning machine.
3 Together with a small amount of adhesive and oil, the melt subject generates the filamentous fibers in the vortex spinning machine.
4 Filamentous fibers were spun into cotton which conveyed through the rollers.
5 After structure and density adjusted, they enter the curing oven.
6 Products out from the curing oven are cutted by the sawing machine.
7 Packaging or special handling.
Environment friendly:
Waste gas produced by the blast furnaces, spinning machine and curing chamber will pass through the filters to filter.
After burning treatment, it was discharged through the chimney.
The waste during the production process will be recycled.
