Tin content in alluvial tin ore is low and large treatment capacity and high recovery rate will be needed to extract tin from alluvial tin ore. And this requires detailed comparason when designing flow sheet and allocating the beneficiation equipment. Blocks without tin element in the alluvial ore will be removed by, vibtating screen and this meet the need of feeding size for jig concentrator and improves the efficiency of the whole processing line. For -5mm size ore, there is no need screening because jigger can deal with materila of -5mm.
