BTSX mining vibrating screen is the new type linear vibrating sieve for further improvement ,based on our award-winning  products  TZS  series  mine  sieve  and cooperation  with  the  Beijing  University of Science and Technology,its advantage is large capacity,high efficienty,stable performance etc . Besides, 

the model BTSX1842 have already been identified for the national initiative by Metallurgical Mining 

Deparment and Henan Province Science and Technology Commission .Its main perpromance is in the domestic advanced level.Now BTSX series is widely used for Sintering Plant ,Coal mine,etc.

Structure Feature

1.This series mining sieve adpot WDZS series biaxial vibrator producing exciting force.The vibrator's

 biaxial does synchronous reverse rotation through linkage device via two sets motors which are fixed on the bracket .

2.BTSX series have two kinds of sifter,single-deck and double-deck. Under  the  condition  of  the  same  overall diameter and same capacity ,the latter can reach the high efficiency.

3.The screen box not only can be placed on the fixed base,but also placed on the moving chassis which 

have rotation wheel and clip rail clamp.Customer can select one according to the detailed condition
