It is a new generation rice milling plant for processing raw paddy from cleaning rough impurities such as leaves, straws and more, removing stones and other heavy impurities, husking the grains into rough rice and separating rough rice to Polish and clean rice, then grading the qualified rice into different grads for packaging
This rice milling plant has reasonable in structure, stable performance with high efficiency
Also it is easy to maintain and operate, also the broken rice ratio is low
The complete line includes pre-cleaning machine, vibrating seive cleaner, suction type de-stoner, rice husker, paddy separator, rice whitener, rice miller, water mist polisher, rice grader and color sorter, automatic packing machine etc main working machines and magnet sorter, conveyors, electrical control cabinet, collecting bins, dust-discharging systems and disk milling systems
