Processing: Choose excellent down material, adopt most advanced down washing technology and washing equipments. The raw materials are washed with detergent for at least two and half hours and cleaned with water for at least one hour, dehydrated for 15 minutes, dried in drying machine at the temperature of 120⁰C for no less than 30 minutes, cooling 8 minutes, and then packing. By the way of sorting,washing,degreasing,sterilizing, the down product has the characters of high filling power, high cleanliness, great warmth and it is hypoallergenic and no odor.

Usage:as filling material of down garments, down trousers, down shoes, down quilts, down pillows, down mattresses and down cushions and so on.
