KVQS Quick Cooling Autoclave

 Principle and Application:

 The autoclave is designed according to GMP standards, it is mainly used for high temperature steam drying sterilizing, cooling and cleaning treatment of Glass IV Bottles and Oral Bottles. The whole process adopts recycling water and steam combining heating method and assures thermo evenness. The recycling cooling will cool the sterilized products. The whole process requires about 70 minutes, and the cooling temperature of final products shall be lower 60 centigrade.
