How does it work?
The air fryer makes the hot air circulate very rapidly and evenly around food. It heats up the food from all sides at once, making it a healthy, fast and easy method to prepare tasty food. Conventional fryers use oil to fry food and create the crispy outer layer. Air fryer doesn't need oil, but it fries food with air only. As a result, food prepared by an air fryer contain up to 80% less fat than those prepared by a conventional fryer. It does its job faster than a conventional fryer.
