Materials
Material of cylinder barrels: Based on calculation of loading and yielding point strength, the cylinder adopts 20MnTiB to adjust the material so that its tensile strength(σb/Mpa): >=1130, yield point(σs/Mpa): >=930 and the barrel wall thickness can be reduced to its lowest point and thus reduce the weight of the cylinder.
Material of piston and guide: The use of 7075 aluminum alloy can maintain its strength while reduce its weight.
