I.Brief Introduction
- The GDYJ series Purifier specially for Fire-Resistant Oil is designed according to the requirements of fire-resistant oil.
- Through adopting materials compatible with fire-resistant oil, vacuum dehydration, new particle filter to elimination impurities, special absorbent to remove acid components from oil, this purifier can conduct preventive, deep purification and filtering the qualified fire-resistant, repurify slightly polluted fire-resisant oil, and refilter heavily polluted fire-resistant oil.
- This series oil purifiers are necessary for fire-resistant oil customers. It is mainly used in the process of online operation, mobile oil filtration, new oil injection and so on.
- It can prolong the useful life of fire-resistant oil, maintain host safety and save energy.
- Based on the different requirements of customers, this purifier can be further divided into two types;KYJ and KYJ-I. The former one is a multi-purpose type, combining vacuum dehydration and degassing, multi-stage precision filtration and absorbent regeneration.

2. The plant adopts the elements of vacuum adsorption which could eliminate the acid of water in the oil.
3. Oil level control adopt photoelectric way which the main components is imported from Switzerland and have features of sensitive control, exactitude. Spurting oil phenomena is never appeared.
4. The exacting filter assembly employee the specialized ones which have a good effect for impurity controlling (could reach the NAS 5-6 grade). It will satisfy client's using requirement.
