Differences Introduction

The material of Iron billet

Inner tank, Jacket, Socket, Welding neck flange, Pipe flange are all using Q235-B

Inner tank, Socket, Welding neck flange, Pipe flange are using Q245R;

Jacket, Socket are using Q345R

The allowable stress of Q235-B is much lower than Q245R and Q345R; The minimum operating temperature of Q235B is 20℃, Q245R and Q345R are －20℃; the thickness of Q235-B cannot  be thicker than 16mm applying to tank shell;Q235-B cannot be used in extremely high poisonous environment and highly hazardous medium.

Structural Design and Selection of accessories

Inner tank is designed as PN0.25MPa;Manhole flange is designed as PN0.6MPa; Kettle clip,loose flange are cast iron;the gasket is asbestos cloth wrapped PTFE;thermowell has no baffle;the paddle of the tanks within 8000L are threaded connected.

Inner tank is designed as PN0.6MPa;most of the manhole are designed as PN1.0MPa;kettle clip is galvanized forgings;loose flange is galvanized cast steel;gasket is non-asbestos fiber and the corrugated ring covering PTFE;thermowell has baffle;the paddles of the tanks above 5000L is formed as a whole.

The billet has been strengthen,the lined glass is not easily exposed and the life of the tank is longer with the increase of the pressure level;the material of kettle clip,loose flange is totally meet the requirements of GB25025,this guarantees the safety use of the vessel;the material of gasket can guarantee the use of tanks in the high vacuum occasion and hard to leak in the alternating hot and cold occasions when start and stop.The life of mechanical seal has been increased because of the whole paddle make it more steady when agitate.

Enamel and lining process

Ordinary finished glaze made in China;the process is enamel-firing fast at high temperature and out at a high temperature to cool fast.Spraying glaze when it's hot,enamel time is about 30minutes.

We use glaze made in China and Japanese enamel frit making process or just imported glaze from Japan.Our enamel-firing process is similar with Dedietrich in and out in low temperature,cool spray and slow enamel-firing process,each enamel-firing time is about 5 hours.

We use glaze made in China and Japanese enamel frit making process so we can guarantee that our glaze is in high quality and has no impurity such as clay that may affect the quality;we can also use imported glaze to meet clients' special request,the imported glaze is much better in occasions of acid resistance,alkali resistance and water steam resistance. With the in and out in low temperature,cool spray and slow enamel-firing process,the glass has a better compactness,less invisible defect,longer life.

Packaging and transporting

Transport in pieces,assembling at the clients' work shop.

Assembling in our factory,then fix the agitator ,speed reducer and the support after some test.Transport in a whole package and install the reactor at clients' workshop then remove the support.

Assembling and doing test in our factory can guarantee the quality of the reactor.Transport in pieces,assembling at the clients' work shop cannot guarantee the assembly quality and has no condition to do test,that's not good to increase the life of the product.

Agitator type

Paddle type,impeller type,anchor type and gate type.The vane is smaller and thinner.

Apart from agitators like others,we have new  vane type agitator,axial-flow type,turbo type.

Vane type agitator is more effective,the same type compare to others' we use better material and larger size,stronger.The marched helical speed reduction gear is more quiet,life longer,wider speed range than planet-cycloid retarder.
