Silicon steel plate is the combination of  silicone rubber pad(WMQ) together with steel  in heat treating(sintering) way. Steel plate's thickness is 1.0 mm; Silicon's thickness is 2.00mm. In rapid laminating heat treatment equipments is used to assembly FPC, electric Leaf, battery electrical wire and other electronic products. Silicon steel plate combined with steel plate and silicone rubber pad 's all kinds of high-quality, has good  flatness and heat conduction cushioning property, makes the products molding good, filling property and  bonding properties better.

  Technological conditions:

1.         Usage temperature: 160~190°C

2.         Pressing pressure:≤100kg/cm2

3.         Pressing frequency: 60sec/t

Attention:

  Under the regular service condition, 10000 times need to change

Packing :

Use plastic film packing, 5picese a carton, inside 2 bags dry powder and aseismatic foam
