8 feet Veneer Core Builder / Veneer Composer

This core builder is particular to joint the irregular sizes of long/short core veneer by the different thickness
1.2~4.5 mm. The consistent operation from the feeding, tenderizing, electronic inspection, clipping, glue
jointing, full sizing and stacking is fully automatic.

The edge clipping and waste veneer counting are controlled by the precise rotary encoder and high speed
counter so as to clip the least waste veneer and not waste the material. The minimum clipping width is
75mm, but it depends on the quality of the veneer to adjust the range.
