Please check following for the details of Pig Nursery crate with PVC Plank fence:

1. The fence of the Nursery crate can be PVC plank or metal. It also can be PVC plank add square tube. We can make per your requirements.

In regard to size of piglet Nursery crate, we can make per your requirements. The size for this set of crate is 3000mm*2500mm*700mm.

In regard to the specification of PVC plank, we can offer per your requirements.

2. Generally, we will use plastic floor for Nursery crate.

There is special area for piglet resting. That is 10% slatted floor and insulating lamp.

In regard to the color of plastic floor, we can make per your requirements.

The existing size of plastic floor is 400mm*600mm, 500mm*600mm and

600mm*700mm. The material is PP. The load capacity of each rib is 200KG.

 

3. In the picture, the feeder is Stainless steel and double sided.  In regard to the

material and specification of feeder, we can make per your requirements.

4.  In regard to the drinking system, we will use nipple drinker and water cup, OR

nipple drinker (duck mouth style). We can make per your requirements.

  5. In regard to the beam, we can offer per your requirements. We use FRP (fiber reinforcing plastic) beam for this set of Nursery crate. We can also offer the galvanized sheet one.
