A. Production introduction

The product is high-grade water based ink which is made from nanoscale organic pigment, 
imported special Low molecular water-soluble resin and related additives, through a mixture
 of physical and chemical interaction; non VOC emission, non-toxic, non flammable, 
no security risks, being printed with water only, suitable for laminating plastic substrate, such as: OPP, PET, CPP, PA, AL and so on; printing speed can reach 150m-180m per minutes 
in high-speed press, and it has high color strength and clear color transition; especially for 
rotogravure reverse lamination printing.

B. Product Features

① Stable ability, Long storage time (sealed for more than 1 year).

② High solid content; High color chroma; Low viscosity; Excellent liquidity; ink saving, good for rotogravure high-speed printing.

C. Product type

① Conventional type. For snack food packaging printing, packaging structure such as: PET/PE, OPP/CPP and so on.
② Boiled and frozen type. For frozen food packaging printing, packaging structure such as: PA/PE, PET/PA/PE etc.
③Special high temperature resistant type. For high temperature resistant(121℃-135℃) and high barrier food packaging printing, packaging structure such as: PET/PA/AL/CPP, PET/PA/RCPP and so on.
