GOODCRETE Deep Penetrating Sealer (DPS) is a silicate-based, inorganic waterproof and protective
agent for concrete constructions, which is colorless, odorless, non-flammable, environment friendly
and easy to use. Through the pores, Deep Penetrating Sealer penetrates into the concrete structures, reacts with the free
alkalis present in the concrete and generate silicate gel crystalline solid, which fills the pores and solidifies
the concrete into a more compact structure. After one-time application, it gives the concrete structure
permanent & comprehensive improvement and protections.

Surface Treatment Before Using DPS:

A. Freshly Finished Concrete: No treatment need.

B. Existing Concrete: To sweep, scrub, or strip the concrete to remove any surface contamina
  tion or film to ensure the DPS can efficiently penetrate the surface.

Method of Using:

1. Shake well before use.

2. Apply with low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller to spray/brush/roll directly on the clean
  concrete surface, application temperature at 5-35humidity 10-90% is the
  best.

3. When the surface become semi-dry, spraying for the second time.

Coverage:
Approximately 150-200square feet/gallon, or 3-5m2/kg, according to the differences of temperature and porosity of the concrete, the coverage is different.

                                                                                              

Applicable Places:

Almost can be used for all concrete constructions that requires water/moisture proofing, whatever below and above ground, indoors and outdoors, new or old. : Basements, building foundations, sweating walls, different pools, bridges, tunnels, dams, water towers etc.moisture and/or water-proof concrete construction.

 

Limitations:

A. Not suitable for lightweight blocks, porous masonry etc similar products.

B. Surfaces previously treated with curing or sealing agents, unless these coatings have completely worn off or have been removed by chemical or mechanical means.

Clean Up:

By soap and water.

Packing:  5gallon/pail, 55gallon/barrel, or 20kg/pail, 220kg/barrel.

Storage Life: Unlimited shelf life in the original sealed condition.
