A. Production Introduction

The product is highgrade water based ink which is made from nanoscale organic pigment, imported 
special aqueous acrylic   emulsion and related additives, through a mixture of physical and chemical
 interaction; non VOC emission, non-toxic, non flammable, no security risks, high color strength 
and clear color transition, conform to cigarette package VOC standards; specially used on printing for cigarette inner frame paper, cigarette tipping paper. Used for different inner frame paper and laser paper printing , with good leveling , gloss and recoatability, they are suitable for middle or high speed rotogravure multicolor overprint.

E. Production Color 
  We will provide the appropriate Pantone color number of what the customer need.
  We will provide color matching service based on Pantone color number and the primaries: magenta, cyan, yellow, black, and white.

1.Cigarette package aluminum/foil paper.

2.Cigarette package non-aluminum/non-foil paper.

G. Application requirements and notes

1. Before use, make the suitable viscosity according to the rotogravure printing speed with the diluent which should be prepared and agitated homogeneously ahead. In the agitation, add the water based ink and agitate fully to homogeneous to the appropriate viscosity.

2 .Drying temperature 90 ～ 110 ℃.

3. The usual weight ratio of diluent (ethanol: water =1: 1), if you need drying slower, reduce the usage of ethanol; otherwise,  increase the amount of ethanol.

4.Our product is made of special materials,which can not be mixed with other manufactures' products, to avoid the waste of the ink and printing by the system incompatibility.

Water or water with washing powder, or professional washing liquid.
