This coating line for aluminum wheel has the reasonable layout, convient hanging way, high cleaness of operating condition. The line is equipped with air-supply system of 100,000 stage and multi-stage dust cleaning system. The PLC controls whole system and touch-up panel display the running status.

1. Combined pre-treatment adopts multi-stage inverse cleaning technique.

2. Painting booth for aluminum wheel is a top air supply, bottom air intake structure, equipped with dynamic & static pressure cabinet. The speed of air supply is 0.3~0.5m/s(adjustable)and air current is steady and even. The water curtain system, which set in the backside of the painting booth, filtrates 95% of painting fog. The waster gas is exhausted through high-level.

3. Vertical & horizontal overhead conveyor.
