Reamers

Reamers are use for reaming accuracy holes. Reamers include many type:

Hand reamer: Hand Reamers are designed for extreme accuracy and are used by hand for final sizing of drilled hole. They are made with both straight & spiral flute. Material is HSS or Tool Steel, Accuracy Grade: H7, H8, H9.

Machine reamer: Usually it is applied for drilling and turning machine. Machine Reamer are made with both straight & spiral flute. Material is HSS. Accuracy Grade: H7, H8, H9.

Shell Reamers: are designing to be used for reaming bearings and other similar work.

Pipe Reamers: are used prior to tapping dry seal and ANPT threads when quality thread are required.

Bridge Reamer: are designed for use in structural steel fabrication bridge work and ship construction to line bolt and rivet holes.

Aligning Reamers: are similar to bridge reamer. It is shorter and it has round shank.

Taper Pin Reamers: are made with a taper. They are used to ream holes for taper pins.
