Milling cutter is the one of most popular cutting in machining. HSS milling cutters are popular and universal. Carbide tipped milling cutter are design for cutting harden material. Milling cutters include many type:

Metal slitting saw usually used for cut a narrow flute or cut off.

Side & face cutter usually used for cut flute or plane. Two kinds of teeth: straight and staggered.

T slot cutter is used for cut T-slot.

Woodruff cutter is used for cut half moon key seat.
