Working Principle of Our Steel Silos 

1. Bulk cement steel silo should be erected by a special crane and then put onto the concrete foundation which is previously prepared, after checking the verticality with the horizontal plane once the silo is set up, then weld the base with the foundation embedment parts.

2. Once cement steel silo is fixed, the cement can be delivered to the construction site by cement bulk truck. Connecting the conveying pipe of buck cement silo with the filling pipe of cement silos, then convey the cement cement silos through the air pressure.

3. During the process of filling cement, the operator should press continuously the button of vibration motor of dust filter so as to shake off the cement on the bag, preventing the bag from being blocked and occurrence of explosion.

4. Once the bag of dust filter is blocked, the pressure inside of silo exceeds the safety pressure of safety valve on the top of silo, the pressure safety valve will be opened immediately to release the pressure inside the silo, preventing the occurrence of explosion accident.

5. By higher level indicator, we can know whether the silo is full or not, while by lower level indicator we can know the silo is lack of material or not.

6. When discharging the material, first open the manual butterfly valve at the bottom of cone, then with cement conveying device (screw conveyor) the cement can be discharged.  In the process of discharging, should there is " arches"  or "bridges", pls timely press the button of electromagnetic valve of arch breaking device, blow the air, eliminate the "arches" or " bridges" , ensuring the smooth supplying of cement.

7. When the cement conveying device (screw conveyor) is broken down, pls swith off the manual butterfly valve at the bottom of the cone, preventing the leakage of cement and material waste.
