Brief introduction &   10 ton overhead crane

1.LDA type crane is designed on the basis of LD type crane, characterized by the features of reasonable structure and strong rigidity.

2.CD1 and MD1 hoists are used together with this type of crane, a light duty one. 

3.Lifting capacity ranges from 1 to 20 ton, with its span from 7.5 to 28.5m, work duty from A3 to A5, work temperature from -25 degree to 40 degree. 

4.It must be handled in a medium without such hazards as combustion, explosion, and erosion 

5.It is prohibited to be used in the combustible, explosive and corrosive environment!

10 ton overhead crane can be divided structurally into three parts as following:

1. Hoisting mechanism: Electric hoist with trolley traveling along the main bridge beam.

2. Crane traveling mechanism: Two end carriages with wheels driven by electric motor.

3. Steel structure: Main bridge beam and two end carriages. Box type.
