  PTFE cushion gasket is composited of asbestos sheet , non-asbestos sheet or rubber sheet cushion and PTFE envelope.

Application

  It is widely used in strong alkalis, cryogenic fluid, oxygen, chlorine gas, and for non-contamination to medium.

Type and structure

  V-type: Split, PTFE sheet split in center from outside

  U-type: Folded, PTFE tape heat sealed at one joint

  L-type: Rectangle, PTFE sheet  cut to envelope type

   Maximum temperature(℃):Asbestos joint sheet: 150℃

                                           Non-asbestos sheet: 200℃

                                           Reinforced rubber sheet: 200℃

   Maximum pressure(MPa):　Asbestos joint sheet: 1MPa
