It is a mixture of multiple enzymes extracted from pancreases of pig, sheep and ox. Most of mixtures are trypsin, amylopsin and pancrelipase.

Quality standard: CP2010, USP34, EP7, NF

Appearance: white or light yellow powder, special meat stink, but no moldy stink, has hygroscopicity.

Main index: CP2010: as dry product, the content of trypsin is more or equal to 600 u/g; amylopsin is more or equal to 7000 u/g; pancrelipase is more or equal to 4000 u/g, fat less or equal to 20 mg/g, drying loss less or equal to 5.0%.
