General Description
The fully automatic cap lining machine will die-cut disk and pesh it into cap,eliminating the contamination due to manual insertion,increasing your productivity.It is ideal for pharmaceutical,food,beverage,electronic & mechanic industries ,and many others.
The system including:
1.Elevating pre-feeder to receive caps from cap supplier. Elevating pre-feeder to receive caps from cap supplier. Cap stoter to orient caps opening up. Cap chute to insure constant flow of caps into lining machine. Cap lining machine will die-cut disks from reel ,and push the disks into the caps. Reel unwinder to unwind material.
