FRP powerfrugal door and window series

Advantages:

1.Light in weight and high strength,the performance of resistance to wind load can be 5.3Kpa,it is above 8 grade of the international standard GB/T7106—2002.

2.Powerfrugal and heat retaining  the heat retaining of FRP Pultruded profiles can reach the Ⅱ grade of international standard GB/T8484－2008.It is the best choice to use FRP powerfrugal doors and windows in those north district which is very cold in winter and north district which is very hot in summer.

3.Good sealability   the air tightness reaches 5 grade of international standard GB/T7107—2002, the water-tightness reaches 4 grade of international standard GB/T7107—2002.

4.Healthy, environmental protection    Trough test, Internal exposure index 0.2,external exposure index 0.2,good quality FRP doors and windows have nice sealability,the composite structrue of FRP's resin and fiber has very high oscillation damping, isolation of sound can reach 26～35 decibel, deeply decrease the intrusion of noise.

5.corrosion-resistant  FRP doors and windows has good resistance to inorganic acid,alkali,salt,most of organic substance,seawater and humid environment,also has resistance to microbes,so not only  applicable for dry regions,but also applicable for those regions like rainy,wet,humid,coastal and chemical.

6.Good stability for sizes   the thermal expansion coefficient of FRP Pultruded profiles is same as normal carbon steel Pultruded profiles, about 1/3 of aluminium alloy Pultruded profiles,about 1/10 of PVC plastic steel Pultruded profiles, will not have problem like compressional deformation which is caused by temperature change of day and night or winter and summer.
