This horizontal generator will be supported by 2 slide bearings, the generator include stator, rotor, thrust bearing, radial bearing, base board etc. Stator & bearings is placed on the base board which embedded in the concrete. Rotor will be supported by front/back bearings, main shaft will extend into the turbine volute with the runner fixed on it, the other end of the main shaft will attach the flywheel & slip ring.
