polycrystalline CVD (chemical vapour deposition) synthetic diamond products are manufactured by a chemical vapour deposition (CVD) process and are subject to tightly controlled growth conditions during manufacturing and equally stringent quality control procedures.

CVD have two types ,which are standard Type and Tpremium type .

The CVD diamond produced by DC arc plasma jet system is light yellow-green and translucent.

It is the pure diamond with polycrystalline structure, without any metal and non-metallic agglomerant.

It has high transmission, high thermal conductivity and especially high abrasion resistance. It is the best replacement of natural diamond and synthetic diamond.

Application Field:

Standard Type:
The CVD diamond produced by hot-filament is black and light tight. It is the pure diamond with polycrystalline structure, without any metal and non-metallic agglomerant and suitable for the occasion use where high wear resistance is required.
