a) Fully check lithium power bank battery and PCBA after it arrive our workhouse, pick out defective ones by computer systems automatically.

b) Assembly PCBA and battery together, put them in the aging line, do 100% aging. In this system all defective ones which may cause during assembly can be picked out.

c) Fix the PCBA and Battery on the casing

d) Aipker do vibration test and drop test from 1.8 meters to make sure it has been fixed stable

e) Using Input and output checking machine check the voltage and current again to make sure it can pass the power bank test.
