Characteristics:

C-501 is one component, RTV curing silicone sealant, which is made of NM flame retardant material. Excellence performance on fire resistance and weather proof, no corrosion on the surface of construction material. High strength adhesive on construction material without any primer.

Application:

Fire resistance bonding in hotels, office and any other public place, doors and windows, curtain wall project, electronic fittings and so on. As well it can be using in join fitting and bonding in the construction.

Working Method

1. Surfaces must be clean, dry, dust free without grease.

2. Cut tip off cartridge, screw on nozzle, slantingly cut nozzle to desired size at the angle of 45°

3. In order to keep tape to be smooth, push sealant ahead at the angle of 45°,squeeze out silicone by nozzle.

4. If need to seal further, tool within 5 days, clean off excess sealant with damp cloth before dry.

5. Be fixed in 10 minutes, some strength between 2 to 3 hours, maximum strength in 7 days.

6. After complete curing, dressing excess sealant by knife.

Caution:

This product will release some gas during curing, please use it in well ventilated areas. Before curing, avoid contacting with skin or eyes, in case of contacted, rinse immediately with plenty of water with 15 minutes, go to hospital if necessary. Please do adhesive test or compatibility test to assure the applicability of product. Beyond the scope of damage, the company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect responsibility. 12 months maximum when stored in its original closed packaging, in a cool dry condition below 27℃
