this CNC ball lapping machine by means of the simultaneously rotating of the balls and the grinding plates to lap the ball surface

*by means of end frame movement and replace the rotating grinding plate in order to lap difference specification of the balls from30''-48''

*by means of hydraulic device to support the balls and top end stretch

*by means of top end and balls simultaneously rotating, eliminate the balls and the top end relative movement.

this machine is made up of basic parts( body,slide seat,work table etc) and main spindle box, Spindle box full automatic constant-temperature circulation cooling machine, head frame, end frame,lapping device, end frame movement device, workpiece auxiliary supporting device,lubricating,cooling,drain and protecting devices, and electrical hydraulic parts etc.
