1. Structure
The line boring Machines consist of boring rod, main axis box, feeding box power unit, support, end surface machiningparts, milling parts, etc.
2. Operation
First, the dimension of manufactured hole shall be confirmed. Then, the central point must be found for fixing the support, and boring rod, feeding box, main axis box, power unit shall be mounted. The appropriate cutter frame then shall be chosen for processing.
3. Applying scope
Processing and repairing of pipe inner hole, engineering machine, large scaled ship fixed hole, ship axis hole, etc. Providing services for many fields, such as mining, marine engineering, shipping, petrol, electric power, etc.

Structure
This series large line boring machines are for large holes' processing, the length of boring bar is usually about 4m to 10m, which can be mounted with processing attachments, taper boring devices.
The powful drive makes the cutting easier.

Composition
1. Feeding box
1.1 BP110 line boring machine has two types of feeding box, feeding distance can be adjusted at two gears , 0.16mm, 0.28mm,
1.2 BP150, BP200, BP250 has three feedings, 0.16mm, 0.28mm, 0.5mm, and can choose the different ones, according to the processing requirements.
1.3 Both two structures can manually/automatically feeding, and have the feeding handwheel.
1.4 The reversing handwheel has three options, normal-reverse and stop.
2. Headstock
Spindle box with aluminum structure, the turbine uses a high strength and high wear-resistant alloy of copper to extend its serve-life, and also focus on improving the heat dissipation to enhance its performance.
3. Boring bar
Length of boring bar is different from the boring hole's length, the length of the supports on both sides, motivation and feed box length should not be counted , so please tell us the actual length of the workpiece holes so that we provide the most suitable length of the boring bar.
4. Toolpost
The boring holes' size can be controlled by increasing the tool pads
