TS series sand (gravel) pumps are horizontal and single-casing centrifugal pumps. The type TS (G) sand (gravel) pumps are of high –head ones. This sand (gravel) pumps is designed specifically for continuous pumping of extremely aggressive slurries, with a wide particle size distribution. Capable of handling large particles at consistently high efficiencies results in low cost of ownership. The large volume internal profile of the casing reduces associated velocities further increasing component life.

 

The features of this kind of  sand (gravel) pump

Construction of this sand (gravel) pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet–passage. The wet–parts are made of Ni–hard and high-chrome wear–resistant alloys. The discharge direction of sand (gravel) pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°. This type of pump owns the advantages of easy installation, good performance of NPSH and wear-resistance.

Sand (gravel) pumps are designed for continuously handling the most difficult higher abrasive slurries, which contain too big solids, to be pumped by common pumps. They are suitable for delivering slurries in mining, explosive –sludge in metal melting, dredging in dredger and course of rivers, and other fields.
