Land Iron Seperating Machine usually includes material feeding system,sieving system, water supplying system, magnetic separation system, tailing transportation system and iron collecting system. When working, the material is feeded into the roller grade sieve, and then is washed into the magnetic separator area without big stone. The high grade iron sand is absorbed by the magnetic roller surface and is delivered into the water screening area. Then water from the pipe washes the high grade iron into the collecting pool and the low grade iron sand or sand go into the tailing tank. The machine can process material by 1 to 4 levels magnetic separators. The processing capacity is 150 tons to 200 tons and the result of the iron sand can reach 60%.
