RTE Car-body recycling System is designed for car-body shredding, dust and contamination removal and ultimately regeneration of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. We listen to our customers, understand their requirements, and make proper combination and sizing of multiple equipments with the purpose of providing them with car-body recycling solutions of high throughput and efficiency.
A typical Car-body Recycling System consists of:
● Shredder①: shears the car-body into strips
● Metal screen: screens metal, removes mud and contamination
● Vibration channel: screens metal size under 150mm, over-sized material sent
back for second shredding
● Magnet drum: separates material into ferrous and non-ferrous metal
● Shredder②: size-reduction of ferrous metal
● Eddy current separator: separates aluminum from shredded light fraction
● Central de-dusting unit: removes dust and fines from the system and filters
the air before returning it to atmosphere

Testing
All equipments prior to delivery are assembled into a production line and tested under "real world" condition, thus guaranteeing the quality and performance of products. Visitors are welcome to attend these trials and receive training on operation and maintenance.
