RTE PET Bottle Recycling System is designed for PET bottle shredding and washing, label separating to produce uni-sized PET flakes of high purity and low humidity. The complex sources of recycled PET bottles bring about the variety in character and specification of material. Therefore, we have designed a series of recycling solutions to meet different requirements of customers.
A typical PET Bottle Recycling System consists of:
● Bale Breaker: opens the bales of PET bottles to allow
them to flow and be sorted
● Disc Screener: removes stones, heavies and loose caps
● Sorting Belt (Optional): manual sorting of bottles by type and colour
● Metal Detector: detects metal contamination that may remain in the bottles
● Pre-washer: removes some of the contamination i.e remnant liquids
● Granulator ①: wet grinding for size reduction
and washing
● Screw Washer ①: washing and transportation of material
● Granulator ②: wet grinding for size reduction and
washing
● Screw washer ②: washing and transportation of material
● Centrifugal Dryer: washing and drying of flakes
● Zig-Zag Classifier ①: removes some of the labels and fines
● Hot Washing Tank: hot washing with alkaline (caustic) soda to remove glue and
oil
● Sink-Float Separation Tank: removes caps and labels that float, and helps
wash the PET flakes that sink
● Centrifugal Dryer: mechanical dewatering of the PET flakes
● Zig-Zag Classifier ②: separation of the remaining labels and
fines
● Automatic Big-Bag Station: storing or packing of finished product
Applications
All kinds of PET bottles including:
Beverage bottles; containers of hygienic and cosmetic products; food
containers; medicine bottles; industrial PET bottles and tubes etc
Testing
All principal machines are tested individually for 80-100 hours to ensure stable performance. All equipments prior to delivery are assembled into a production line and tested under "real world" condition, thus guaranteeing the quality and performance of products. Visitors are welcome to attend these trials and receive training on operation and maintenance.
