Application of Huayu sand production line:

Sand production line is a kind of special equipment for product building sand and stone.compared to traditional sand-making machine, our equipments can save energy about 50 percent to 60 percent .Sand production line is applied in crushing limestone, basalt stone, granite, pebbles ,rock and so on ,providing  qualified aggregate for higher highway, railway, water conservancy, concrete mixing plant .The production capacity of our company's sand production line is from 50 to 500 t/h, finished products are combined and classified according to the users' different needs.

The working principle of Huayu sand production line:

First of all, stone be preliminary broken by coarse crushing machine, then coarse material  be delivered by belt conveyor to jaw crusher for further broken, the broken stone be  divided into two different specifications by the vibrating screen, and the part stone which meet the feed particle size of sand-making machine will into sand-making machine, another part return into the jaw crusher. The part of the small stones into the sand machine after cleaned by the sand washer (optional) made into finished products sand , another part into sand machine broken again.
