4. Product Features

(1) Dust fall

  The double-screw feeder after twice stirring can make the dust effectively reduced to the maximum limits. Because the whole bag of cement is placed on the machine, the bag wall was cut by a razor blade, and then relying on special vibration system cement can automatically fall into next layer of stirred tank. And on landing process there has atomized water spraying to effectively prevent the dust flying. Around the whole feed machine have four water points and there are all atomized water, so in the course of the whole operation, almost no dust

(2) Quantitatively feeding, stirring are more uniform

  The double-screw feeder is provided with three hoppers, under the hopper there has a special feeding mechanism which design follow the quantitatively control. The feeding machine can able to follow the strict concrete ratio requirements to control the various materials addition amount. After added some quantitative material to the lower spiral, under three-dimensional helical blade strong stirring, make mixing more uniform. While the machine stirring and directly transportation of materials up to the wet spraying machine hopper, for reducing the labor intensity of workers.

(3) Reduction of a process, saving labor time and improve efficiency.

  The traditional dry spray process is before spraying the workers first removes sand stone from car, then artificial stir cement in the ground, the machine operation is not convenient. After use machine feeding material, that completely avoids the cumbersome process. Just a worker standing in the car directly put the sand and stones into the machine, another person on the ground put a bag of cement into the cement bucket every four minutes (after cement bags cutting, it can automatically fall). It can save labor time and improve work efficiency.
