Suitable size and moisture sawdust through screw  conveyor  into the fuel bin ,  feeding fan  into the fuel bin .Under the action of  fuel feeding fan , first  into  filter  box , then through the PVC pipeline  into the combustion chamber, high temperature suspension combustion, breath of fire, and directly to the original boiler, the smoke from the tail of the boiler ,it's temperature is about 300-400 degrees, for waste heat recovery , flue gas after waste heat recovery system ,to remove flue gas dust, link multi-barrel ceramic dust removal system, finally under the action of ID  fan and chimney ,discharged into outside .

Features of  sawdust biomass burner  

1). Using biomass pellets,farming waste(straw, wheat stalk, corn stalk, cob, rice husk, peanut shell, Cotton branches, weeds etc.), forest waste(trees, bark, tree root, leaves, wood shavings, sawdust etc.) etc, as raw material.

2). The crushed aggregates under 3mm in diameter is the best material for the burner, of course, it can also use the biomass pellets directly.
