Description of single component butyl sealant

LFZ28 butyl sealant is a single component, solvent-free, fog-free, permanent plastic first sealant based on polyisobutene for insulating glass. LFZ28 keeps plastic and sealing over a wide temperature range and not crack and harden for sealant surface. It has good adhesion to glass, aluminium alloy, zinc plating steel, stainless steel. It could form an excellent humid proof system with elastic sealant.

Performance of single component butyl sealant

Clean and dry adhesion surface to get rid of dirty, oily things. LFZ28 is applied by special hot-melt butyl extrusion machine. The extrusion condition could be satisfied through temperature and pressure adjustment, for example temperature could be adjusted over the range of 120°C~150°C. The environment temperature should not be lower 10°C in application.
