Lemon gypsum or citric gypsum, is a chemical by product from acid production. Lemon gypsum has a low PH around 2.5-4.3 depending on the gypsum nature, presenting a relatively high acidity. With certain process, lemon gypsum could be economically used as raw materials for other applications.
