    The new generation of the Kunlun computer controlled ultimate tensile strength testing machine is a double space microcomputer controlled electronic tensile testing equipment which is specially designed for universities and research institutes. Owing to the design of the host and auxiliary devices which borrowed ideas from the international advanced technology ,it is convenient to operate the testing machine with beautiful appearance and stable quality. In order to obtain some mechanical test results such as tensile ,compression ,shear ,bending and other properties, the controller is used by the computer system to control the AC servo motor & driver rotating and then via reduction system slowing down to drive the precision screw belt to make the moving beam go up-and-down. This new test equipment with non-pollution, low noise, high efficiency, and extremely wide speed range and beam moving distance has a bright application future in the mechanical property test of metals ,non-metals and composite materials and products by using specific testing attached device.     1.Host:

    1.1     Kunlun computer controlled ultimate tensile strength testing machine adopts double space gantry structure, when the specimen is tested ,it is not only pulled up but also pressed down.

    1.2     The AC servo speed control system and AC servo motor & driver are used by the speed control system to make performance stable and reliable with the overcurrent, overvoltage and overlord protection device. The speed range is so wide that it ranges from 0.05 to 500mm/min.

    1.3     It is used by the transmission part of equipment that circular arc synchronous toothed belt and precise ball screw contribute to smooth transmission ,low noise and high efficiency.

    2.1     The microcomputer control system has the advantages of high integration, stable performance and easy adjustment. The data of the experiment can be collected in real-time to achieve real-time dynamic display of the characteristic curve. The file of experimental data can be saved in the way of Access database or AQLServe large database so that the users can easily share the resources of the data and achieve the network management and reanalysis of the experimental data.
