A. Product Introduction of water-based varnish 

Water-based varnish is the main ink binder for wallpaper printing, good leveling, excellent transferability; good printability; good transparency and weatherability after drying and filming; non-yellowing, non-adhesive, rub and scratch resistance when the wallpaper used in the construction and clean maintenance after the construction. It is made from special aqueous acrylic acid emulsion and imported additives, conform to technical requirements of National Environmental Products HJ/T371-200 <rotogravure and Flexo Ink> and EU Toy safe standard EN71-3 of varnish for high-grade wallpaper. SGS test of formaldehyde and heavy metals of the emulsion is none, meeting the demands of environmental wallpaper for customers domestic and abroad. It is a kind of special designed water-based ink binder by our company.

C. Product features of water-based varnish

1. Stable performance, long storage (sealed for more than 12 months, avoid exposure to direct sunlight).

2. Excellent adhesion (Conforms to GB/T13217.7-2009 <Test method for adhesion to substrates of liquid ink with tape>).

3. Excellent resistance to wet friction (Conforms to GB/T9756-2009<Synthetic resin emulsion coatings for interior wall>). 4.Excellent fungus resistance(Conforms to GB/T 1741-2007 <Test method for determining the resistance of paints film to mold>).

5. Strict environmental protection requirements (conform to GB18585-2001 <Indoor decorating and refurbishing materials –limit of harmful substances of wallpapers>).

6. Good returning blocking resistance (conform to GB/T13217.8-2008<Test method for blocking resistance of liquid ink>).
