How to operate:
(1) Capacity indication
*No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in RED color, 90%<= power<=100%
*No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in ORANGE color, 30%<= power<=90%
*No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in GREEN color, power<=30%

(2) Output level control
*With load, press RED button for  2 seconds to switch power on, LED in RED color, the output power=98%
*Press RED button, LED in ORANGE color, the output power>=75%
*Press RED button, LED in GREEN color, the output power>=50%
*Press RED button, LED flash, the output power>=25%
*Press RED button, LED is off, the battery power off
